I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The included breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the city central square and the night bazaar. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent value for money - best in its class having stayed at virtually every other hotel in the area of the same price range - +/- 15%.
Be sure to make sure you book for a King size bed if thats what you want. There is an over supply of twin rooms and you'll get one of those unless you insist and book King.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. Its location is very convenient since it is close to the night market and just a short tuk-tuk ride to the old town. Also, the hotel is blessed with amazing views of distant mountains that make it even better. The facilities are great, and the elevator closest to the pool gives an excellent experience of watching the sunrise in the early morning or sunset in the evening. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay worthwhile.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, with the night market just around the corner. The staff at the Chiangmai Plaza were very helpful and the hotel had a large swimming pool. The rooms were spacious, fully carpeted, and had all the amenities one would need, including a mini bar and big closets. The breakfast spread was also very good. The hotel is conveniently located near temples and other tourist attractions. it was a fantastic experience.
Everything was fantastic! 🌟

The hotel is situated at a convenient location to move in and around Chaingmai city. A spacious lobby is comfortable to wait for my guests. I felt a holy atmosphere when I looked at a lady carrying offerings to god in a yard of the hotel every early morning.
Nothing in particular.

Very beautiful place with an impressive grand entrance. Rooms are a little tired and outdated, but saying that were perfectly fine and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very handy too, and the breakfast was good.
There was nothing really we didn't like. The beds were a little hard but that seems to be the norm there - other places we stayed at were the same. Some places provide mattress softeners which really help - I don't know if the Chiangmai Plaza does too, worth asking.

Very good breakfast with a wide range of food.

The location of this hotel was great for exploring the nearby markets and new CBD. It was within walking distance to the night markets and very near to the famous night bazaar. The rooms had great views of the surrounding areas and were equipped with basic facilities.
Some parts of the hotel did not meet my expectations. The service was not consistently good and some staff members had difficulty with English, which made communication difficult at times.
Tourists from New Zealand often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
